2. Nc machining process requires more rigorous and accurate

When nc machining is not as general machine tool machining, operators can adjust it more freely according to the problems in the machining process. For example, when processing internal threads, the operator can decide at any time whether to return the cutter or to clean the chip before continuing processing according to whether the hole is filled with chip. Such as can be repeatedly "cut" to meet the precision requirements of parts. And nc machining process, strict according to the size of feed, requirements for accuracy. 3. The process of nc machining is relatively concentrated

Because the numerical control machine itself has the very high repetition localization accuracy, also completes the processing automatically according to the programming, has eliminated the operator each kind of artificial error, has raised the same batch workpiece processing dimension consistency, causes the processing quality to be stable, the product pass rate is high.

3. Can finish the processing of complex surface

Some mechanical parts formed by complex curves and curved surfaces are difficult to be processed or even completed by conventional process methods and manual operation, and can be easily realized by CNC machine tools with multi-coordinate axes linkage.

4. High production efficiency

Numerical control machine tool can adopt large cutting consumption, which can effectively save motor time. CNC machine tools or machining centers also have the functions of automatic speed changing, automatic tool changing and other auxiliary operation automation, which greatly shorten the auxiliary time. And once a stable process is formed, there is no need for inter-process testing and measurement. Therefore, the productivity of using nc machining is 3~4 times higher than that of ordinary machine tools.

5. Have strong adaptability

The numerical control machine tool will process automatically according to the numerical control program of the processed part. When the object of processing changes, as long as the numerical control program is changed, there is no need to use the special process equipment such as mold and sample.

6. Higher economic benefits

Numerical control machine tools (especially machining centers) mostly use process centralization, one machine is multi-purpose, in the case of one-time clamping, almost complete the processing of parts. One CNC machine or machining center can replace several ordinary machine tools. In this way, it can not only reduce the clamping error, save the auxiliary time of transportation, measurement and clamping between processes, but also reduce the type of machine tools, save the area of machine tools and bring higher economic benefits.
